What can I do to ensure I get the most out of QuietAgent?

You need to complete your QuietAgent profile.

First, ensure that your résumé is ALWAYS up to date and complete. Second, define what type of jobs you want and what types of companies you want to work for.

To check if your résumé is complete, login and click on the View My Résumé link at top right. If you see a green bar that reads Complete, then your Résumé is complete. If your Résumé is incomplete you will see an orange bar that reads Not Complete. In this case, click on the What’s Missing? button to see what part or parts of the Résumé need completing.

To define what types of jobs you want and what types of companies you want to work for, login and click on 'My Career Desires' in the PROFILE section. In here you can define where you want to work, what type of job you'd consider and what types of companies you are interested in.
