When you join QuietAgent, you should receive three different types of emails from us.
1. Matched emails.
These are emails that let you know what opportunities you have been matched to in our system. If this is not the type of job you were looking for, you can go into your Career Desires page and change the job types you have listed there.
If you are interested in the opportunity, click Register Interest on your email. We will send a message to the company highlighting your resume so that they know you are interested.
2. Reviewed emails. These are emails that let you know your resume was opened and reviewed by the company you were matched to. From here you can also register your interest, or if the job is not what you were looking for, you can log in and change your Career Desires to something more suitable.
3. Job Invitations. These are emails letting you know that the company wants to talk to you about an opportunity. Here is what you do:
- Login to your account using your Email address and Password
- Click on 'Jobs' in the top navigation bar
- Click on the 'New Job' button next to this particular request (or the 'View Job' link if you have previously viewed this request)
- Choose one of the action buttons in the right column:

I'm Interested: We will provide your details to the company and they will contact you

I'm not interested:We will tell the company that you have declined the opportunity.Your details will remain hidden from the company

Block Company:We will tell the company that you have declined the opportunity.Your details will remain hidden from the company.We will not send you any further job invitations from this company
Note: Even if you are not interested in the job opportunity, it is important to login and decline the job invitation, as this will help to tune QuietAgent so that it can match you to better jobs in the future.
