A Job Invitation is an email that is sent to you by QuietAgent, letting you know that an employer or recruiting agent would like to talk to you about a job.

Employers or Recruiting agents will only find your anonymous résumé if :

1. You have the right skills and qualifications for the job opening
2. Your Career Desires specify that you are interested in working in this type of job and company

When you receive a Job Invitation, there are three actions you can take:

1. Decline the invitation, and stay private and anonymous
2. Accept the invitation, and provide the company with your contact details
3. Block the company from ever finding you again
