How do I turn off SMS text alerts?

If you do not want to receive alerts by text or SMS to your cellphone, you can turn the function off.
  • Log into your QuietAgent account with your email address and password
  • Click on My Account
  • Go to the section marked My correspondence

By default, all email and SMS alerts are set to ON. To turn them off, press the Edit link to the right and un-tick the check boxes.  Press Save to save your changes.
