What is the Primary Occupation used to compare me to an ideal job?

The 'Compare me to my ideal job' function allows you to pick a single job, and find out how well you are matched to actually performing that job's important goals.

The first step is to pick a Job Function / Role from the list at the top of the page.

Then, you will see a number of options to pick from in the drop-down list titled 'Select primary occupation'.

This primary occupation list is provided by the O*Net occupational database - a comprehensive database that has over 1400 occupations. We have mapped the QuietAgent Job Functions / Roles to the occupations provided in O*Net, so that you can very easily select your closest 'dream job' match.
