What is 'My Résumé Quality'?

In the left-hand column of the PROFILE page, is a section called 'My Résumé Quality'.

It shows a bar chart for each of the main sections your résumé, indicating the 'quality' of your information compared with everyone else in QuietAgent.

Each bar indicates your résumé quality 'score', based on how much information you have provided so far in your QuietAgent résumé. The 'everyone else' bar is an average of everyone else's scores in QuietAgent.

You can improve your résumé quality score by making sure you have completed each section thoroughly. For instance:

Complete every field in your Overview section, and provide a detailed Professional Overview statement
Complete your education records, make sure you specify any majors and minors, and also enter any 'other results' that relate to your studies
Complete your work experience records, make sure you have picked appropriate Category / Occupation items, and enter a detailed summary for employers to read in your 'Summary of Roles and Responsibilities' section
Use the Automatic Keyword Generator to generate Keywords to add to your résumé, and add at least 5 additional Keywords
Add as many Tools and Technologies that you can (these must be Tools and Technologies that you have experience in using)
Complete all 12 steps of the Work Preference Profile
Complete your Top 10 Skills section
