What is the Match Probability gauge?

In the center column of your PROFILE page is a gauge showing your 'Match Probability'.

Your Match Probability is determined by the settings in your QuietAgent Career Desires. QuietAgent lets you control what types of companies can find you, and for what types of jobs.

You can be very specific about the types of jobs / companies you want to be considered for - or - you can be less specific, and therefore be found by more employers / recruiting agents and potentially receive more Job Invitations.

If you would like to adjust your Match Probability, you can click on the 'View' link in the 'My Career Desires' box, or - simply click to edit any of the statements underneath the Match Probability gauge.

You will notice that if you are very specific about the types of jobs / companies that can shortlist and find you, your Match Probability will be near the 'Only My Dream Job' end of the gauge. If you are quite general about the types of jobs / companies that can shortlist and find you, your Match Probability will be near the 'Lots and Relevant' end of the gauge.

Why are Job Invitations always called 'Relevant' on the gauge?

QuietAgent returns your résumé in an employer's search only if you have the skills and qualifications required of the job.
