What does the information in the Work Profile report mean?

Once you have completed the 12 steps (questions) in the Work Profile, and are happy that the output accurately reflects your personal working style, you will be provided with a summary report (your Work Activities Details), and will also receive feedback about your Strongest Working Attributes.

The lower part of your report shows you the twelve statements that you have completed. To change these at any time, simply click the Edit Section button.  You can alter your selections at any time – because the Work Profile measures your working preferences, it is likely that these will change for you over time as you develop in your career. We recommend that you review your Work Profile every 6 months to see if it still accurately reflects how you like to work.

At the top of the report, the Work Profile gives you a list of your Strongest Working Attributes. These are determined by what you have selected in your 12 profile questions. We take the answers to those questions, and measure them against the Work Activities provided in the O*Net database, then report to you what O*Net thinks are likely to be your Strongest Working Activities.
