I used to be a StaffCV Cabincrew job seeker. How do I get the most out of QuietAgent?

The StaffCV Cabincrew website allowed you to sign up to be considered for Flight Attendant jobs with many different airlines. It has helped thousands of job seekers since 2001 to land their dream job.
 
We have now migrated the Cabincrew website to QuietAgent. Here, you can sign up to be considered for jobs in all industries, with employers from around the world.
 
Here are a few tips on how you can get the most out of QuietAgent.
  1. Log into your StaffCV Cabincrew account before 31 August 2009, and review / print out the information you previously entered. Visit: http://cabincrew.staffcv.com
  2. Create a new QuietAgent account by visiting: https://jobseeker.quietagent.com/CreateAccount.aspx
  3. Use the table below as a guide to where in QuietAgent you can enter your Cabincrew information

Where to put this in QuietAgent
Personal Details (name, address, phone, etc)
MY ACCOUNT
Passport and Social Security Numbers
 
Do not enter your passport or social security details in QuietAgent
US citizenship information
From your QuietAgent Home page, click on 'My Overview' in the right hand panel. Include the words "I am a United States citizen' in your Professional Overview.
 
First Aid Certificate
From your QuietAgent Home page:
  • Click on 'Education' in the right hand panel
  • Click on the 'Add Education' button
  • Type your School / Institution details
  • Select 'Certificate' from the Qualification drop-down menu
  • In the Concentrations / Subjects box, start typing the letters 'first'. You will see the First Aid certificate options appear. Pick the one that is relevant to you, then click on the 'Accept' button
  • Click on the 'Save' button'
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
From your QuietAgent Home page:
  • Click on 'Education' in the right hand panel
  • Click on the 'Add Education' button
  • Type your School / Institution details
  • Select 'Certificate' from the Qualification drop-down menu
  • In the Concentrations / Subjects box, start typing the letters 'resp'. You will see the Responsible Service certificate options appear. Pick the one that is relevant to you, then click on the 'Accept' button
  • Click on the 'Save' button'
Ability to swim 50 meters, tread water, lift 15kgs above your head
From your QuietAgent Home page, click on 'Keywords' in the right hand panel. Type the following words (separated by commas) in your Keywords box, then click on the Accept button:
 
swim, tread water, lift 15kg
 
Languages
If you have certifications in languages that you have studied, you can enter these in the Education section.
 
From your QuietAgent Home page:
  • Click on 'Education' in the right hand panel
  • Click on the 'Add Education' button
  • Type your School / Institution details
  • Select 'Certificate' (or the appropriate qualification) from the Qualification drop-down menu
  • In the Concentrations / Subjects box, start typing the letters of the language you have studied. You will see your language option(s) appear. Pick the one that is relevant to you, then click on the 'Accept' button
  • Click on the 'Save' button'
Previous Flight Attendant /Cabincrew experience
From your QuietAgent Home page:
  • Click on 'Work Experience' in the right hand panel
  • Click on the 'Add Work Experience' button
  • Enter the details of previous experience you have had as a Flight Attendant. You can enter any other work experience here as well.
Relocation
If you are willing to relocate to take up a job, you can enter this in your Career Desires. From your QuietAgent Home page, click on 'MY PROFILE'. Next to the 'My Career Desires' heading, click 'View'. Click 'EDIT' next to the 'I am willing to relocate' question, and complete the question.
Smoker / Non-smoker / current state of health
You can enter information about whether you are a smoker or non-smoker, and about your current state of health, in your Professional Overview or Keywords sections (see above).
Height
You can enter your height in your Professional Overview or Keywords sections (see above)
Where would you prefer to be based?
You can enter details of where you would prefer to be based in your Career Desires section (see above). Complete the question, 'Locations I'll work in or relocate to and minimum salaries I'll consider'
Shift work
If you are prepared to work shift work, as required by most airlines, you can enter this information in your Career Desires (see above). Complete the question 'Work type I want'.
