The locations lists won't load, they just say "loading". What do I do?

Sometimes the locations lists in the General Overview or the Work Experience items take a little while to load or don't load at all.  They just say "Loading".
  • To date there are several things that cause this:
  • You don't have Javascript enabled in your internet - go to Tools/Internet Options and change your security settings to allow Javascript.
  • Your Firewall may be blocking the lists from loading - go to your Control Panel and temporarily disable your firewall so you can edit the lists.
  • Your internet browser version might not allow the lists to load properly.  Try another browser, for example if you are on Internet Explorer, try Firefox, or even another computer.

If none of these work, and you are still having problems, request Support using the Contact Us link and we can help you through them.
