Why am I not receiving my authentication email immediately?

When you request an authentication email, this email is sent immediately from our system.

Please be patient as some email providers may delay the delivery of your authentication token email for a period of time.

During this time, please do not request further authentication emails. Wait for delivery then copy and paste the link into your internet browser, or click on the link provided.

If your email has had a considerable delay (longer than 20 minutes), please check your Junk or Spam folders in case the email has gone there instead of your Inbox.  if it is not in your Junk, Spam or Inbox, try sending a blank email to automailer@quietagent.com so that it is in your address book, and then request another email from your Home page.
