What do I do if I can't remember my password?

Please try the 'Forgotten your password' function following the steps below:

  • Click on 'USER LOGIN' | 'Job Seeker Login' located in the top right hand corner of the website
  • Click on the 'Forgotten your password' link
  • You will be taken to the QuietAgent 'Forgot your password' screen
  • Enter your email address
  • Type in the six characters you see in the grey box
  • Click SUBMIT
  • An email will be sent to you containing a link so you can reset your password. Please note this link will be valid for 3 hours
