What should I do if my email address is said to already be in use?

Please consider the following:

  • Click on the 'Forgotten your password' link to reset your password
  • Check that a family member hasn't previously used your email address
     
    Each email address may only be used by one person to register for an account.
     
    Please consider using another email provider to create a new email address e.g. www.hotmail.com.
