I am experiencing problems using the Work Profile

If you are experiencing problems with the Work Profile, there could be one of several causes:
 
Cause 1
Flash - Please check that Flash is installed on the computer you are using as this is required to run the profile. You can download this program from Macromedia .
 
Cause 2
MAC - If your profiler appears small, this is often a problem experienced by people using an Apple/Mac computer. Unfortunately the QuietAgent website is not able to be accessed properly from Apple computers. If this is the case, it is suggested that you use a friend’s PC or visit an internet cafe to complete the profile.
 
Cause 3
Javascript - The computer browser you are using may not support Javascript, or you have Javascript support turned off. The profile does require Javascript support to run correctly. You will need to enable Javascript. Included below are steps on how to do this:

Internet Explorer Browser

  • Open your internet browser
  • Go to the toolbar and select Tools/Internet Options
  • Click on the Security tab
  • Select the Internet option
  • Click on the CUSTOM LEVEL button
  • Scroll down the list to the 'Scripting' folders - all scripting folders
    need to be set to Enable
  • Once set, click OK

Netscape Browser

  • Open your internet browser
  • Go to the top toolbar and select Edit/Preferences
  • The Preferences Form will open
  • Click on Privacy & Security in the tree menu and check your settings

You may wish to try accessing the profiler from another computer if you have enabled Javascript but are continuing to experience problems.
