The Work Profile uses a graphical and fun interface that is unique, and a welcome change from the typical lengthy and time consuming questionnaire-based assessments that have traditionally been used.

The profile is not a test, nor does it attempt to measure your personality. It is designed to assist you to create an accurate summation of your personal style and how you like to interact with people, objects and things.

It takes about 10 minutes to work through all 12 stages of the profile, and feedback is instant. You simply ‘drag' the two bars (these are purple and green) on the screen to specify how much you enjoy certain ways of working. You then slide a time scale to show how much time you’d like to spend on each during a typical working day.
