QuietAgent recognizes that many of the jobs that people perform in today's workforce do not always fit into a single occupation 'category' or 'classification'.

Therefore, we have created a better way for you to describe a single job role you have performed, using our Category / Occupation picker. It allows you to pick several job functions that you performed while in the job. This gives employers an excellent overview of the job you did, and the transferable skills you may have gained for future positions.

Here are some examples:
  1. You had a job as an HR Assistant, where you had HR duties, as well as some responsibility for payroll, accounts payable and contracts administration. In the Category / Occupation picker, you could select:

Human Resources / Recruitment - General HR
Human Resources / Recruitment - Payroll
    Accounting - Accounts Payable
Administrative / Clerical - Contracts Administration

  2. You had a job as a Call Center Operator, with some added responsibility of training other staff. In the Category / Occupation picker, you could select:

Customer Service / Call Center - Call Center Operator
Education / Teaching / Training - Vocational Education / Training
  3. You had an Accountant job in an accounting firm, where you were also responsible for business development, and media relations. In the Category / Occupation  picker, you could select:

    Accounting - Acountant
Sales / Business Develoment - Business Development
Marketing / PR - Public Relations
