What if I can't remember my password?

Please try the lost password function following the steps below:

Under the Password box, in the blue bar at the top of the screen, is the "Forgot Password?" link.
Click on the "Forgot Password?" link
You will be taken to the Forgotten Password page
Enter your Email address
Type in the six characters you see in the security picture
Click SUBMIT

An email will be sent to you containing a link so you can reset your password.

Please note this link will be valid for 3 hours.
